I recently built a computer for my uncle and it randomly reboots every so often. It is not the power supply as I have tried 2 (an antec 350w and a silencer 420w, it does it with both). What else could it be?

p4 1.6 northwood w/retail heatsink
Intel 850MVL mobo w/ 10/100
256mb (2x128 kingston) RDRAM
ATI Radeon 7500 64MB DDR
Toshiba 16X DVD
Western Digital 40GB
Fong Kai Case w/350w Antec
Win XP Home

my first thought would be memory, or you could have a problem thats giving you a bsod (which in win2k/xp would cause restarts in place of bsod...)
