Computer turns off by itsself, wont turn back on

the only way i get it to turn back on is to unplug the ATX connector and plug it back in. that act alone turns it on, i dont even hit the power button

anyone have any ideas?

We need a lot more info...for starters, what kind of PSU and mobo are you using?

could be a failing power supply.
