Computer turns itself on

After I shutdown my computer it will turn itself back on about 3 hours later. I have turned off "wake on modem ring", LAN in the BIOS.
Any suggestions?

Some bios have a setting to boot when power is restored to them and this may be a result of little power surges that are just enough to make it boot up.

i too have had problems with a computer i built before, disabled all the "wake on" features, figured it was just the power button sticking interally or the like, so i unplugged the button from the mobo header. To my surprise it still turned on. Im agreeing with the power surge theory. Getting a UPS would probably solve the problem.

funny thing . . . i have been having the same problem for the past couple of days . . . I'd come home from work and find that the computer was turned on when i knew that i had shut it down the night before. If it is the Bios, how do you turn the setting off? i have a ECS P4VXAD mobo . .
