Computer That Reads Mind Signals

This technology is about 6 years old, would they have the capacity to read and input thoughts into the brain? A sort of conversation with voices? Or am I just paranoid about this type of technology getting out of control. Privacy

Sure it's possible, why wouldn't it be? It's just a matter of the chip interpreting the electrical signals whizzing around in one's brain.

If people could create computers that could decipher the signals that fly around in the brain, then we would already be creating sentient robots, and the human race would be obsolete.
