computer shutting down /Help ?

it has happened 2x now, i'm just on the internet just reading & all of a sudden the computer has shut down, i could not start it with the start button. what i did was unplug the plug at the back of the case & replug it & it will start when i hit the start button.
Does anyone have any suggestions what the problem could be??

Hmmm well just surfing is fairly tame but next time it happens, go into the bios when you boot up and have a look at the CPU temp. Then see if you have a shutdown temp set up. If they are close you could be overheating.
 
It could also be a power supply issue. Check in your BIOS and see if the voltages are correct. Ape Out.
