Computer restarts all by itself after 30-90 mins of use...

as the title says,my computer is just restarting after a certain amount of time.dont know what could be causing this.it crashes even when im just surfin the web,playin games ect...
my setup is
nforce 680i
q6600
600w antec psu
3gb ddr2 ram
nvidia geforc gtx 280

your computer is probably overheating
i'm guessing based on usage that your CPU it's your CPU
get a temperature reading program like speedfan, coretemp, etc and report your temperatures here

some possible fixes if the CPU is the culprit
1) open your case and make sure the CPU fan is spinning
if it is not, purchase a new HSF or something

if the CPU fan is spinning
2) reseat your HSF and reapply thermal paste

Also, make sure that your fans and cooling fins are not clogged with dust bunnies.
