Computer restarting itself

For some weird reason the computer restart itself alone. i can't find the solution to this , i change my 850w pus to a 1300w , i had run memtest 86+ för over 7h no error , clean the ram modules. it restart on windows and can happen any time or not at all .

this is my specs
xeon 2690
asrock x79 extreme 4 - m
32gb corsair 1600
evga g2 1300w
6x hhd
1x ssd samsung 830
blurry reader and some usb stuff.
2x gtx 980 ti in sli
 
Go to Computer Properties > Advanced System Settings

And under Startup and recovery Settings Uncheck the block under System Failure that says Automatically Restart.

Then you will get a Blue Screen that will give you a failure message that May help.
 
after 48h of meatiest i found 1 error i wonder if that should be the reason of the rebooting.
temps are all right and psu is new. pcgeek I'm going to check that out. i have windows 10
