computer reboots whenever

my computer (see specs below) reboots randomly. it is not overheating (38 degrees celsius) and i just reinstalled windows about two weeks ago. two files were shown in the windows error reporting thing, sysdata.xml and Mini110605-01.dmp . any suggestions?

OS: Windows XP Home, SP2
CPU: Intel P4 3.066 Ghz HT
Video: ATI Radeon 9700 Pro 128mb
RAM: 512mb (generic brand?)
HD: 300GBWD 7200rpm ATA and 80GB WD
Sound: SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio
