Computer randomly clicks off

Have a self-built PC. MSI k8 neo 4 SLI mobo w/ AMD 3500. Running two SATA WD drives on RAID 0. BFG 6800gt Vid card. It is mildy OCed to 2400 mhz. I forget RAM but its premium. Rock solid and no over heating issues. Zalman7700 fan.Silverstone upside down case w/ windtunnel. Did Prime 95 and Memtest 86 all day no probs.

Running XP Pro. It was running fine for 6 months, then a while back it started just clicking off and re-booting. It seemed to have started not long after we had a power "blink" here, but it maybe coincidental. I ignored it but it gradually started shutting off more frequently. Alot of times it was when I was clicking on something with the mouse.I thought it was some virus but I ran ALL XP updates and NORTON AV has always been up to date. It doesn't seem to be a virus. Before I go changing out all the hardware individually, should I check anything first? I did try backing off the oc and it had NO affect whatsoever.

Oh, forgot to mention that all voltages read as they should (OVC Powerstream 550 watt PU), and when it clicks off, the temps are fine- 45 C or so. The only windows error messages I get are upon reboot and the "The system has recovered from a serious error".. Please help. I am thinking first of formating and reloading XP

What do you mean when you say power blink ?

Are you running system on a good brand name UPS of sufficient rating ?

By power blink , I mean the power in our house briefly "blinked off" and went back on. (We are in a rural area). I always have been running the PC though a highly rated surge protector. I have had power outages before but it has never affected my pc's. I still am not convinced its in the power circuitry. Its been off for a while and I have been using the laptop for a few months, but I want my PC back! I tried it again just now, and it deffinitey seems to click off right when I click on something with the mouse. Right now I am running Windows check disk on it. When it re-boots, it always says "detecting healthy RAID array as it should, so I don't think I have a drive problem.
BTW, I forgot to ad that I checked the Vid card temps and they are fine. The CPU temps run closer to 40-42 C under load.

Anyone. A little help please!
Its funny, it can run 3dMark03 the entire thing without clicking off. I now notice though, that it doesn't just shut off when mouse clicking on something, it can do it just while veiwing a web page.

Well heres an idea the restarts are actually BSOD. So if you havent turn off automatic restart after system failure in system properties.
