Computer Put Together But NO PICTURE On Monitor

can anybody with a similar setup give me some advice?

i heard that the default mobo settings didnt support all of the cpu's. With the ez flash i should be able to update the bios w/o dos? It says it in the manual but I cant get i to work. Anybody familiar with EZ flash?
