Computer Problems (BSOD dump files attached)

New computer system, reformated yesterday to try to fix the problem. I was also having issues before I reformated. Computer BSOD's occasionally while gaming (Iracing, Dirt 2). Screen will also freeze for 5 seconds or so while playing Iracing while the sound continues on like normal. After the screen unfreezes, the fan on my video card spins up and AA/AF are no longer working. If I continue to play, the screen will freeze again and then when it unfreezes AA/AF will be back on. Specs are as follows:

Windows 7 Pro 64
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 125W
HIS ATI5850
OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO AM3 AMD 785G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
500W Earthwatts Power Supply
Windows 7 64

I'm using the 10.3 ATI video drivers. I have run the Windows 7 memory diagnostics tool and it found no problems with the RAM.

I do not believe the problem is software related since I reformated and am still having the same issue.

Here is a link to the 3 dump files, I believe they are all the same.

Thanks for any help/suggestions!

Since you've done the software side, have you checked your firmware on your mobo?

I had issues with the big cursor on my 5870, and figured it was ATI's fault. I kept updating drivers and the problem still happened. It turns out that problem is caused by my mobo's firmware. So an upgrade of that resolved my issues.

Yours could be at fault too, so checking the manufacturer's website and updating is a good step.
