Computer problem

i need help. For some reason my acct. and my son's are the only 2 that can connect online (or can only open a web page). Or is it something I need to change on IE (ver.7)?

What type of connection do you have(DSL, cable, dial-up)? Check Tools-> Internet Options -> Connections in IE7.

Also, try alternate browsers (to see if it's just IE), check and make sure your firewall settings aren't just cutting everything out.

Their accounts may be corrupt. You may have to make 2 new accounts, move their data over and then delete the old accounts.
