Computer powers on but wont post

Hi everyone I just built a new computer. When I turn it on the fans spin and the motherboard lights up but nothing happens, it doesnt post. I tried the video card in another computer and it worked fine. then i tried the cpu in another computer and it worked fine. I called Evga techsupport for my motherboard they said it was either a psu issue or a bad motherboard. Anyone know what the problem could be? Ill post more detialed specs later.

The ram is 2 gb ocz platinum pc 3200. I tried my old 1 gb corsair value pc 3200 but that didn't work either. I think the motherboard is bad.
