Computer Powering Off Suddenly

My computer will turn off if I touch the sides of the case. I have taken everything out of it and reseated everything, including the motherboard. If the problem is still happening what should I try and do? Thanks!

Are you sure the MOBO is not making contact with case like metal on metal?

Try a different power outlet, almost sounds like the outlet you are using isn't grounded properly. Make sure there are no standoffs in the wrong place under the motherboard. What power supply are you using?
