This problem only occurs with one computer on my network.
I have three PCs: PC1, PC2, and PC3.
PC1 can ping PC3.
PC3 can ping PC1.
PC2 can ping PC1 and PC3.
But neither PC1 nor PC3 are able to ping PC2, unless I make PC2 ping PC1/PC3 first.
In other words, I have to send a ping to PC1 from PC2 first, before PC1 is able to ping PC2.
Likewise, I have to send a ping to PC3 from PC2 first, before PC3 is able to ping PC2.
Unless I ping from PC2 to any other PC first, I can't use network programs to get to PC2 until I do that.
All Windows and other firewall's are off.
What's wrong?
