I have a 3800+ with a zalman CNPS 9500 LED on it, and a hd, dvd, and 7900gt. I have all that in a cheapo antech that I picked up from a local consumer computer store, for 25 or so dollars. The problem is that the sides of the case get very hot. Games start to crash and it gets uncomfortable to be around. I also typically have ambient tempertures of at least 90 and usally 95. I have looked at these cases:

COOLER MASTER Ammo 533 -79.99
RAIDMAX X1-55.99
Dynapower E68-40.00-Im not sure about the fan on the side door of this one, my zalman may not work with it.

I have looked at alot of the centurion based cases and they have a side duct that won't allow me to close the case with my cpu fan. I could really use suggestions about these cases or suggestions for better ones.

Well I'm not sure about the other 2 cases as I don't have any experience with them, but I do own the Ammo 533 and I have been pretty happy with it.

My biggest complaint would be that the the sid-saddle hdd cage does not allow great airflow, but with the mesh side panels it's kind of a non issue...

What is the model # of the Antec case you are currently using?
