Computer Specs:
Asus P4S800D Socket 478 Motherboard
Pentium 4 2.8ghz 800Mhz FSB Prescott 2MB L2 Cache Processor
1GB PC3200 Ram (1x 512MB, 2x 256MB sticks)
Antec 550 Watt Smart Power Power Supply
Nvidia 6600GT 128MB 8x AGP Video Card
Maxtor 60GB 7200 RPM HD and 250GB Western Digital SATA 3.0GB/s
Windows XP Proffessional SP2

Problem:
Up until a few days ago, my computer was running fine. I built it a few years ago and upgraded it here and there (Video Card, Ram, etc...) and its ran fine, I always made sure there was not much dust in it, the wires were all cleaned up and zip-tied for maxium airflow, I take good care of my computer.

Well 2 days ago, I was not getting any signal to my Monitor, I thought it may be my video card but then I noticed my USB Keyboard with Blue Lights always would start up and glow blue when I turned on the computer as well. I trouble-shooted a little bit and even called Asus and under my assumption and the Asus Technical Department's opinion it was probably my PSU that died. So I went to a local computer shop (didn't want to wait 3-5 days when I ordered it from newegg so i spent the extra $30), picked up a Antec 550Watt Smart Power PSU and connected it all up, double and triple checked my connections (previously I had a 400 watt PSU). I started up the computer, and I still got no monitor signal and my keyboard did not power up. I tried it a few times and still nothing, I also went over my Mobo manual and reset my BIOS etc... by switching jumpers, popping out mobo battery etc...., and still nothing. I have been building computers for almost 6-7 years now and I have never ran into this problem. My computer starts up fine, just no monitor signal or anything. My case speaker does not make any noises, the motherboard light comes up green (meaning ok), and all the fans spin, and it sounds like it is starting up normally just not monitor signal or power to my keyboard or anything. I tried reconnecting everything, taking out ram and testing the ram slots. Still nothing, My proccessor is not running hot, nothing is really running hot. Maybe it is my motherboard dieing, but I really don't know. Does anyone know what could be the problem with my computer, and possibly a solution?

Do your LAN lights flash?

I had a board do pretty much what you are saying a couple months ago (no video).

It kinda seemed everything was booting up, but there were no LAN lights on the connector.

Turned out to be a dead MB - an ASUS, though a different model.

the lan light comes up, I also took at the CPU and it looked fine, I started it up real quick and then turned it off with my finger on the cpu to see if it would heat up and it does (yea yea I can burn my hand, I weld so im not afraid of a little heat). I am thinking maybe it is the mother board, either way this is gonna cost me some money to fix.

It sounds like the mobo is dead. If you have the option you should probrably get it RMA'd by Asus. Only other thing is maybe your ram is bad but probrably not. Did you try your keyboard in differn't USB ports? Did you try your USB keyboard on another computer and did it light up?
