You know there's GOOD ramen out there right? Like $9 a bowl Ramen that honestly beats the living crap of GOOD Pho? And I work next to the Vietnamese capital in CA (San Jose), and trust me there's good Ramen out there that will demolish Pho.

But too bad most people think of ramen as cup and noodles.... sigh. BTW, Ramen in Chinese literally means pulled noodles... or hand pulled noodles. That evolved into packaged noodles and then really just instant noodles in the US. In Japan, ramen is like pho in Vietnam. It is their signature dish. It's not some cheap crap "add-water" junk.
Moooooom!!! More HotPockets!!!!!!!!!!!
I've never had Taco Bell but I try to avoid "ramen" noodles, they're not too good for you. They are convenient and tasty though, so I eat them on occasion.

Being from Orange County, I beg to differ. You guys are close, but still second.
I'll take a good bowl of ramen over pho for regular meals, but on a cold day or if I'm feeling down, nothing beats the bowl of pho. Except maybe booze and tits.
Udon>ramen>pho let the battle begin!
I just don't trust gas station food. I've had it maybe once or twice in rural areas during late night road trips when nothing else was around. But I just don't trust it.
Straight up nerd food is junk food and caffeinated drinks, not ramen.
Though I prefer not to eat much if I'm doing anything that requires my attention. Just like to drink coffee or tea.
Um, Taco Bell and Ramen are both junk food. The nutritional value of both classifies them as "garbage".
