Ever since I upgraded my cpu to a Duron 650 my computer has been locking up. Every thing slows down(mouse, windows opening/closing) and then it freezes. I do not get an error message or anything. It has happened when my CPU is at 100F, so I do not think it is overheating. Also, It has only happened when I am running IE 5. Here are my specs...

Biostar M7VKB motherboard
2 generic sticks of 32mb pc100 ram
13.6gb IBM Deskstar 7200rpm hard drive
voodoo 2000 agp(latest drivers)
