Computer Lags after installing wireless

My computer is lagging really bad after i install this wireless card. I was using wired set up and recently changed to wireless.
ie
When i type in www.anandtech.com and press enter, whole computer lags about 2~3 sec. I cant click start or anyother shorcuts. It happens everytime I click on link on site
