Computer keeps restarting

Everytime i start my computer as soon at it gets too loading windows. A blue screen comes on for half a second and restarts. I have no idea what it says on the bluescreen because it goes by too fast. I have tried going into safe mode but that doesnt work. What could be the problem?

when did it start happening? did you install anything? can you get into safe mode? did you change any hardware?

I had the same problem too. I had to wipe the hard drive and start over again.

Looks like im gonna take out the Hard drive and put it on my other computer and save all the data. Then ill reinstall windows again.
