Bad news...i just tried my psu which i thought was shot and used it in my friends computer and it booted up fine....so what does this mean for my computer?

I know that since this psu is working that means that even though rosewill sucks it is still operational and not contributing to my computer not turning on. With that being said what could possibly be causing this and why did it take probably 24 hours of operational time to emerge?

I tried to see if I could find loose connections spare screws or anything that might cause a short but i'm not finding anything. I used spacers between my motherboard and case so that shouldn't be it either...
