This is the problem. I shut down my computer then after 5 min or so it turns back on by it self. I have a Coolmaster Alu case and the MSI KT266 Pro2 RU. The power supply is an Enermax or something with 500 or so Watts.
 
Insert Prozac into the floppy drive.....😛 Is the machine conected to a UPS or have any UPS software on it?
That is pretty strange though...I would look at the switch and PS as possible culprits...
 
Do you have it networked at all? If so check your bios for wake on lan, and turn it off. Short of that, check power on by keyboard/mouse in your bios too.
