Computer Hangs at POST

I've been using a A-bit IP-35 Motherboard with a Core 2 E6750 OCed to 3.55Ghz for almost 2 years with no issues. It has 2GB of Crucial Ballistix DDR2 667mhz.

I restarted the computer today and it gets stuck on the splash screen. The display output is as follows.

Main processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.60ghz(200x8.0), 1 CPUs
Memory Testing: 2048K OK
C1E Bios Supported
Memory Frequency for DDR2 480 (Dual Channel Mode)

After the memory frequency line it says nothing else, and the computer hangs. It does not allow me to enter bios at any point. What's strange is that even if I remove a 1GB stick of memory it still says 2048k at memory testing.

I tried resetting BIOS already(which is why the clock speed of the cpu is so low, seems to be in a safe mode), and trying each memory stick individually. The issue still is there.

Any suggestions or ideas? I'm at a loss as for what to do next, and I can't say for sure what component is at fault.

Removing the MB button battery for ten minutes then reinsert it to reset the BIOS to default. While you have the battery out might as well verify for correct voltage.

Also ensure that your MB speaker is hooked up. f there's a problem on the MB such as RAM, video, keyboard, etc. that is causing the system to hang during POST then you will get a beep code which you can look up on Google. Example:
