K...Using-
Athlon 500@650 (Not the problem, tried de-clocking it already)
Geforce DDR (IS the problem =)
SB live
128 ram
MSI mobo

Ok...I have tried all the drivers (or alot of them) and currently am using the 5.32 drivers. For some reason after a bit of playing, my comp freezes. I have had it working fine...this is a relativly new problem. I know its the vid card 'cause when I use a v3 3000 it works fine. I'm pretty sure its not the divers, but is there anything maybe in the bios that is criticle to it working? It is running at AGP1x.

Sorry for the crappy post but im kinda short on time =)

What OS are you using? Also does it freeze when playing games, or just doing regular tasks?

Check out what you have running in the background. I know I had a similar problem and finally traced it down to an AV program.

Did you change anything before you start getting these lock ups..say bios settings,o/c ing etc? Or did this start happening out of hte blue? Whenever I get locks its usually for the following reasons:
Heat-thecard may be getting too hot(stock hs/fan should do fine though)
While overclocking always check the agp divider, if youre running it out of spec(around 83mhz AFAIK) then that may be it
hope this helps

I'm really not too sure when it started...I guess it was when I installed Diablo 2 =)...Started freezing in it, but I thought it was just a problem with that game...after a few days of being addicted to that, I tried some other games and it still froze..
