You go into the run part of the start menu.. and type in "regedit"... then navigate the folders till you get there.

Can anyone else verify that it will not work on Windows 2K or Windows XP (or if there is a way around it)?
 
Tamper with chip resistors/capacitors near memory or CPU slot. It will put his computer in mysterious instability he'll never figure out.
 
make a program that sets the background to something messed up like every 5 mins so it resets even after they change it

Click on Start Menu, press ESC, then ALT and - and then click close...
