I've found Title 18 United States Code Section 1030, but that seems to be the only piece of legislation I can find.

I'm looking for loopholes I can turn in my favor. I know they're out there, for this case against me is very iffy, but I don't have very good luck with finding the law codes. Also, say the allegation was that I attempted to break into a ftp. Under what jurisdiction would that fall? State or federal?
