My computer either locks up or crahes at various times. It always locks up/crashes when I try to turn a certain wav file into mp3 using audacity/lame. It decides to reboot at seemingly random times.

I did a memtest86 and no problems there.

Windows crash report says "driver but can't figure out which one" other times nothing.....

Help?

Umm, you overclocking any? Could possibly be an IRQ conflict with one of your pci cards and gfx card.
