computer crashes randomly in games

So my computer has been running just fine for over a year now but just recently I've been getting problems. While playing games my monitor will stop displaying and say "no signal detected" then it will go back to windows and blue screen and crash.

It's not happening often enough for me to send it somewhere, but it's worrying me. What could be causing this?

What voltage are those Crucial dimms rated for/running at? First place to start is Memtest, need to rule out that RAM.

What are your temps? Could be overheating. Also update your video driver. I keep repeating this because my card was having the same issue without the BSOD and updating the driver fixed it.

the dimms are rated for 2.1 and are running at that voltage as well. so i should download memtest and do a few runs?
