I was lucky that my employer ordered it for me using their corp discount and I paid the Steelcase distributor directly for mine. I think my total was ~$525 delivered. Took approximately two weeks to receive from time of order since I chose a fabric color that is not considered "quick ship".

now thinking about getting a steelcase leap chair. Some of them are listed as V2, what's the difference between the versions of the chair? Can you adjust height and depth for armrests on the leaps?

much cheaper and should help improve posture. No arm rests though, which is a big minus. And it looks pretty low. Hard to tell. Anyone use a balance ball type thing for a computer chair?

Steelcase Think is the best chair IMO. I own a Herman Miller Aeron and would gladly trade mine for that. It's simply amazing.

I'm partial to the Global ergonomic chairs, they're pretty comfortable and hold up well. I have a high back one with a lot of adjustments. It's quite nice.

Anyone use a kneeling chair for computer use? Don't think they would be too comfortable to use for long periods of time, even if you're body got kind of used to it: http://www.amazon.com/Office-Kneelin...486076&sr=1-27

for me, those things suck for longer than 3 minutes. can't stand them.

you can probably find an Aeron, or whatever they're called, for under $300 somehwere.

Aeron chairs are overrated... I used to have one at my old job, and ended grabbing an old chair from from the conference room next door to replace it. The rough mesh fabric seat can shred khaki pants, and you really don't want to be next to someone sitting in one if they have a gas problem!
