Computer case . . . Help plz!

Does anybody have any suggestions for a cheap, high quality computer case? I want to swap computer cases because my computer is REALLY loud, especially when I play DVDs on it. I don't think it is the problem with my Pioneer 16X drive because i have read many opinions of other people on Anandtech who say there Pioneer drive is really quiet. I think it is my Computer case so i want to change it to a cheap but nice case. Does anybody have any suggestion for a case with good sound insulation?
