TeleTech and Stream are the two leading call center farms. So try and get into TeleTech.

Do you have call center experience? If not, I would try to avoid it. ;)

Not sure if they have Europe locations, but EDS is a big one...I did HP support for a while, till my job moved to Canada.

T.A.G. in Broward Count, Florida.

(The Answer Group)

They are terrible to work for, but pay well if you can numb your body and mind for your shifts.

Thanks but I said, I'm looking for Europe. I originally came from Flordia, left that dump almost 30 years ago, wild horses couldn't drag me back to southern Fla. :(

So any Europe?

THANKS

SEI is the only one I could think of that does IT and has a European presence.

Most of my customeres are North American based. (we sell phone recording equipment to a large number of call centers). Teletech and Stream like the guys earlier said are probably the largest of them all and have a worldwide presence.

Stream wasn't too terrible while I was there, started when I was 17 and left at ~22. It was a stable job through the tech bubble, which is a lot more than a lot of people during that time had.

I don't miss it, of course, but it worked well while I was there. Of course now the people that do my job make about 1/2 what I did, I was in one of their highest paid groups. New hires when I left were making about 40% less than I was at the time, & shortly after I left the entire contract moved to Canada.
