I putting together a computer. But I cant figure out if I am missing anything or something might not be compatabile....

A 650W (like the Corsair 650TX) is more than enough. In fact, you could probably scrape by with a 550W, but I wouldn't recommend it.

No problem, you can actually combo the F3 and the 650TX to get the 1TB drive for $20 off; effectively getting the 1TB drive for the price of the 500GB.
 
I think you need a 64 bits os to get all the power of the processor
do you agree with me?

i have both 32 and 64 at home.. i guess i should just install 64 then.. i was assuming i should install that version.

Not really - you need a 64-bit OS to effectively use more than 4GB of memory. (Actually around 3.25GB or so but...) For Windows 7, either 32 or 64-bit versions will be able to use single/dual/triple/quad/hex core CPUs, but at this point, there's just not much point in going with the 32-bit version.
