I'm trying to stream/game at the same time. I want to play/stream Reign of Kings and Dota 2.

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K
Motherboard: Z77A-G41 (MS-7758)
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2 GB
Upload/Download: 93 MB's ~
I currently am getting low framerate while attempting to play Reign of Kings at times and even lower framerate while attempting to stream Dota 2 or RoK. I am looking to stream at 1080P with 45 FPS roughly. Thanks

Assuming that it's not a game server problem, I'd suspect the GPU can't handle the game at that resolution.

I dont stream, but what software are you using? I know you can record with shadowplay using nVidia gpus and I think you can stream with it as well. You might try that to take the load off the cpu. Looking on steam, ROK has some pretty hefty system requirements, and also is Early Access, so probably is not very well optimized. It is not surprising you are getting slow downs there.

DOTA 2 OTOH should not be very demanding. I would be somewhat suspicious of your internet speed. I have DSL, and during periods of heavy use, I cant even watch a low res youtube video, and I know it is not my computer.
