Computer as media center extender?

I haven't looked too much into the possibility, but how would one turn another computer into an extender? I just received a lovely new iMac (for free...) and I've been running OSX on it and using front row to watch all my iTunes videos (works great), but I think I'd like to watch the TV that's coming off of my media center. If I install Vista boot camp style, would I be able to use it as a media center extender and how would I do such a thing? Mainly I want to watch the live OTA TV that I'm receiving with my TV Wonder 650 on my dedicated media center or maybe the recordings (which I don't care about as much, but my girlfriend records all the Law and Orders and wants to watch them while we're in bed, ugh).

Thanks in advance.

Webguide is about as good as it gets as far as LiveTV is concerned with Vista Media Center. There is no software version or functionality of the extenders built in to the Vista Media Center itself. Obviously you could share the media folders, map them on your other computer and add them to the other Media Center library...but that does nothing for your LiveTV.

For 3rd party 10ft solutions, I believe MediaPortal has a client/server solution.
