Computer Animation Schools

I'm hoping someone can give me a recommendation. My younger brother has decided that he wants to be some sort of computer animator and has been looking into schools that have this type of program. Right now, it seems like the best looking school that we've found is called Full Sail, in the Orlando-area.

I'm wondering, does anyone have any opinions on this school?

Are there any other computer animation programs that are known to be good? We don't have a whole lot to compare Full Sail to at this point.
