You know, it's been quite fun to read this thread as it develops. Thanks all.

Xanis: I would, but all my friends live 30+ minutes away, except for my significant other, and we hang out quite a bit. And I can't drive yet. 🙁 A gym or something wouldn't be a bad idea though.

This is literally like asking a crack addict how to quit crack.

The difference is that the crack addict would like to beat his addiction. We enjoy it.

Best post yet!

Hehe, this thread has definitely added to my wit repertoire.

I could go for model building. Plus it's not expensive, which is a major bonus. Thanks for the ideas Xanis!

Edit: POB?

Just make sure you get some easy ones to start, then some complicated ones. I would reccomend painting Warhammer figures, but no one plays that anymore... 🙁

That's what I was wondering too, but considering what he highlighted from your previous post, I was afraid to ask 🙂

Now, I'm just going from what I've gathered from your posts so I may be wrong here. But if you really do live out in BFE somewhere, why not take up fishing, hiking, or something like that? The hiking, especially, could go right along with your photography.

Aw Nate, you spoiled my image. 😉

Well, it's sort of a long story. I'm homeschooled, so I don't have the public school connections. My friends are through a co-op run in a town a half hour away, and they all live out there in the boonies, while I live in town. Except for a couple, and we do get together. Hiking would be good as well, even though we don't have any real trails near here the local college campus has quite a few walking paths. Or maybe cycling?

I thought I was a addicted a while ago... just go and hang out with friends at every possible opportunity... it will help.

What are these "friends" of which you speak, and where can I download some?

Nate

And latest stable version, please.

Pff, you get better results if you just download the source code and compile your own.

😛

I just had a brilliant revelation: Why don't I just turn my computer off? That way, my impatient disposition will deter me from wanting to turn it on. 😀
