If you go to compusa.com, you can view the rebate form which tells you the software that is allowed for the upgrade rebate and what constitutes proof of ownership for them.

Dont brother using it at the Miami Falls store as the manager Allen is an idiot who cant read and said the clearence price for the online clearence blowout list already included the coupons discount. I have told my employees to do all their returns at this store, especially big ticket items.
