CompUSA price match competitor sale 5%

Anyone been able to confirm yet that CompUSA is matching after-MIR prices of competitors? I stopped by yesterday and asked a sales associate, he really didn't know too much about it, other than there was going to be a sale on the 19th, and that CompUSA used to offer "competitive MIRs".
