No, but generally if a CF works out of the box it will work for you for as long as you use it. There aren't any moving parts, there's no heat issues, and its not like you are going to overclock it or use differant speeds. I personally use the cheapest CF I can find in my digital camera (usually something like mr.flash from newegg, which is like around $20 for 64 meg) and I've never had any problems.
