CompUSA.com sucks, totally messed up my $9.99 DC games order!

Argh...when they had those games for $9.99 each (that "big" sale at compusa.com, if you guys can recall), they also had Resident Evil: Code Veronica for that price...so since a few friends and I wanted that game, we figured we'd place one order to save on shipping...total ordered was 3. I got the package in yesterday via FedEx, and only one was in the box, and by the crappy shrinkwrap job it's obvious it was a return (not to mention there was a sticker saying REFURB on it). So, not only did I only get one instead of 3, I also got a returned piece. The invoice ALSO said qty shipped was 1 @29.97. So of course I call compusa.com, and the CSR called me a liar! He said the package weighed 2.0lbs, and there was no way in hell I only got one. I have the friggin shipping invoices to prove I was only shipped one! Needless to say, being called a liar was the last straw. Filed a complaint against him, now I gotta wait till my amex blue billing period is over to dispute the charges.

yeah...they agreed 3 were SUPPOSED to be shipped out. the two invoices that were in the box both say i purchased 1 @ $29.97 (even this guy agreed it was 3 @ $29.97). He didn't want to listen to me though, and told me to call FedEx. I asked him what would calling up FedEx prove, he said it would prove it weighed 2lbs. The weight wouldn't prove a thing, especially when it was that small...called up and they said it weighed 1.8lbs. I still don't get how that would make him think three HAD to be inside.
