300W PSU listed at $40 online

My local store (Reston, VA) had all of these units priced at $19.99 on the shelf. It actually rang up as $39.99 (which I had originally expected to pay), but thanks to the $19.99 signs, I walked away getting 50% off. The photo on the website doesn't match (only one receptacle for the wall-side power cord). NOTE: 250W PSU was listed at $24.99 on the same shelf.

+5V: 20A
+12V: 12A
-5V: 0.3A
-12V: 0.5A
+3.3V: 14A
+5VSB: 2.0A

Claims to support Athlons and P4s.

I have one of CompUSAs 250W PSUs running an 1800+ (@1590) on an ECS K7S5A. Those are supposed to be very picky when it comes to PSUs. If they are in fact $19.99, that's an awesome deal.

These was on sale last week at 50% off, they should have changed the tag this week back to $40.

I got one last week, then the RaidMax 350W PS at SVC for $11.95 came up, I bought three from them and decide to return the one I bought from CompUSA.

Yep, I nabbed one of these last week when they were on sale. I attempted to install it with a K7S5A and a duron 1ghz. Surprise surprise, it didn't work. My PS from SVC just shipped. :)

I only wish SVC had a comparitively priced 400W or 430W PSU. A 430W for $20? :D Now THAT would be a deal.

I threw the 300W PSU at a K7S5A+1.4GHz T-bird system whose supply had seemingly died. The new PSU powered the system right up without any problems.

I've used a few of the CUSA 300's with good success even on a Dual Athlon 1.4/GF3 system. These have all the extra isolators/protective parts that are the first to be left out of poor quality ones so for $20 they are a good value.
