I picked up the 50 pack of CD-R (free after $14 mail-in rebate), Thomas the Train game for the kiddies (free after $10 mail-in rebate), and the Micro Innovations optical mouse for $9.99.
I was a little hesitant to buy a $10 optical mouse (they have an instant rebate of $5 to bring it to that) but it had good user reviews on amazon.com. My first optical mouse and it seems to work fine, bye bye mouse pad.
