Hehehehehe 🙂 Just got an email back from chenming, if you don't know who they are check them out. I might be onto something big 😀

<< And look! More free cd-r's . These are 12x, 700mb looks like in jewel cases, currently selling there for (cough, cough) $14.99 for the 5pk.
>>

$15 for a 5 pack of CD-R's? I'd pass on that even if it get rebated.

Zwingle, No rebates needed on the RAM.

treetop, $20 MIR on the HD; and $30 Manufacture's MIR and $50 MIR, I guess CompUSA rebate on the Router.

Follow the link given in another message to the hp website and then look for rebates.
For this laptop I found a $100 rebate. Even better now

<< Damn, I'm looking forward to Sunday! >>

Unless you're sure that you can get to your store before they run out of stuff on Sunday, I'd recommend buying it before then and then return on Sunday or Monday to have them rering it for you.

I scanned the COMPUCRAP flyer will be posted by Rivo by late this afternoon. LINK Again nice job Triggerhappy007 I have linked your " sales flyer " topic post with my CC,BB and OM.
UPDATE here is the working link CompUsa Sales Flyer

Has anyone noticed that CompUSA seems to have switched to the dreaded TCA rebates in New Rochelle, NY for their rebate processing? I was at the store today and they still had the rebate forms out from the sale that ended Tuesday, and all of the CompUSA branded rebates were going to New Rochelle. This is certainly NOT good news!

The Epson 880 actually has a MIR for a CompUSA $50.00 Gift card in addition to the $30.00 MIR from Epson.

Therefore, $129.00 - $50 - $30 = $49.00 which is not bad for a great printer.

According to the ad in my paper, the CDR's are $2.99 less $2.99 instant rebate, which would make them free in-store with no MIR required. I guess they won't be around when I get there on Monday to rering the stuff I bought last week (which did not include the CDRs).

Trigger, thanks for sharing. Does anybody know what happen to the guy who was running the Fry's site? I bet they also have some good deals this weekend.

edited for content: blah
why did i think the memory was pny?
edit yet again: ok, now i remember 🙂
good deal

ShoNuff,
I think he was running it until his free LA Times subscription ran out. Real big bummer for me. I'm thinking of subscribing just to get the Fry's ads but I can't justify $10 a month just for that.

Too bad we couldn't paypal him donations. I'm sure he'd make up for his subscription fee if everyone chipped in like $0.25 a month!

Anyone know of a site that posts Fry's ads?

These are listed as $14.99 on the site. Shows as available at my store. Certainly worth a try. All they can do is say no.

Just in case you can't get to the store....go and start an order online and just hold it in your cart....and then if the store is either sold out, which CompUSA is notorious for in my area....or you can't get there, you can still get the sale prices plus shipping. The only thing I couldn't get to come up at the sale price was the Imation 5 pack CDR's (Free after Instant Rebate).
