I mean, you can go to a place like
https://www.thetechgeek.com/co...t/product.php?pid=5231">The Tech Geek</a>
and get a 100pk of DVD-R OR A 100pk OF DVD+R (with coupon code) for $19.99. (Shipped)
I ordered a 100pk and was sent 2-50pk's instead. So far i've used about 10 of them with one error. (my fault) I just backed up my computer using Norton Ghost and my DVD writer. It took a whole two DVD discs to complete. With a CD-R, it would have taken about 12 discs to do the backup.
BTW, I got a BTC 16X DVD-/+RW during the Staples Black Friday sale for $39.99. (AR)
So far, it's worked great!

Wow, they still can't get rid of those RiData CD-RWs, huh? They've had them on "sale" umpteen times already, usually for $15, then with a $5 MIR off of that - are they $5 OTD now? That's pretty cheap, but they're still only 4x-speed. 🙁 If they were faster, I'd pick 'em up for "whatever" discs, but 4x is too slow for me.Originally posted by: unclebud
