What can I do to help myself? Anything I can do to stop myself from eating so much? It's just so odd and weird, it's like I can't stop myself from eating ****** foods and too much of it really. I started exercising a lot (playing basetkball 3-4 hours at a time) and lost like 5 lbs over the month, but I have this weird habit of eating a lot till I'm full. Help me?
