Compression fracture

Has anyone had this happen to them, or know someone personally who has had this happen?

My dad wrecked his car today and he has a compression fracture. I'm wondering what to expect for his recovery.

🙁

Maybe it's not the t12 then, because this is in the middle of his back.

Thanks for the supporting comment though.

T12 looks to be in the groin area. Better than any higher I suppose. Best wishes.

Actually, it's in the area of the diaphragm and the liver.

Edit: Your dad is probably just looking at some limited mobility and pain during recovery, pending how bad the damage was. Do you know if it was classified as stable or unstable?

I was referring to this - interesting chart says groin but the pic shows lower abs to higher hips.
