Name is a misnomer. Anyone remember the Sapphire motherboards that were, you know, actually with white colored PCB? Yeah, that's back when you could buy a Sapphire motherboard in the USA.

yeah a dual core zactate machine would be perfect. but i fear we wont see those until spring 2012.... and my atom netbook is still going strong but man the extra speed would be nice.

I'm far more impressed by the HP DM1Z. Reviews put it at >7 hours of battery life, 3.5 lbs for an 11.6-in screen. I've never actually been tempted to buy a laptop/netbook/notebook before--love my dual monitors--but for $425? Maybe.

That translate to $193 & $230, ouch!

I don't know if I still want these Zacate boards.

Asus Motherboard E35M1-M PRO (Micro ATX) starts to pop up.

Now available at Newegg for $139.99, a lot lower than I expect.

Still deciding between Mini-ITX or MicroATX. ASUS should have made it DDR3-1333 instead DDR-1066.

The reason there's still no full availability of Brazos platform products are because they won't be ready for full volume until around March, according to some article. TSMC 40nm supply issues or something. I'm pretty sure they'll get it there.

Ha! No kidding. Too bad it's not a mini-ITX board...The rest of the components for my Zacate build get delivered tomorrow. Hopefully I don't have to wait until March as alluded to above.

I think the MSI E350IA E45 is probably the cheapest and best valued AMD Zacate board I can find in my country. Going to get one for HTPC use. :thumbsup:
