Compoter Not Posting Not Doing Anything

Hi I have an old FIC PA 2013 mother board and a K6/2 500 mhz proccesor and 128 megs of pc 133. The system won't do anything. With just the cpu/fan, memory and video card (gf2mx200) installed it won't do anything. The cpu fan won't spin nor the psu fan. I have tried different memory, clearing the cmos, aother psu, and so far nothing. The last time it booted it made some beeps, but the case speaker wasn't plugged up to the motherboard. I think it is a lost cause, but thought someone might know a solution.

Hook up the pc speaker, and listen to the beeps, dude. It's telling you exactly what's wrong. Look up that beep signature in the motherboard's manual.

I have hooked up the speaker, but it doesn't have any beeps at all. There are no signs of life at all from the motherboard. I've switched everything around on it ( except processor ) and it is just dead. After 3 days of messing with it I have decided that I'll upgrade this fall and then I'll have a motherboard, processor etc. from my main pc that I can stick in it.

I am leaning more towards old age. It was working and 30 minutes later it wasen't. There wasn't any bad weather during that time either. Thanks for your suggestions. I appreciate the help.
