There is a technical support forum, why doesn't anyone use it? Why does everything go in GH? They should also make a forum for people doing the 'Does this setup look okay' or the one for the '!!?!!?! URGENT NEED HELP PLZ!!!?!' posters. Maybe I'm just being dumb. .02
 
No, you aren't being dumb, I see it a lot in General Hardware forum and the Software forum, and it does get real annoying, but I've learned to filter it out with my eyes overtime.
 
I suggested a "check my new system" forum. I got flamed for it.

GH is the most active forum for actual technical stuff. Everybody automatically reads that, while many people don't even bother with the others. The mods don't enforce topic rules consistently enough to make it change.
 
^ hahah, true. But like nolovenohope said, you eventually learn to tune it out. I haven't been here as long as you guys, I even disappeared for a year. Man, what happened to this place while I was gone? No one ever gets serious. 1 sentence in your thread starter that sounds off, and BOOM! the weasels run with it.
